Damn, this is probably some of my best work yet - if not my best. Not only is it a guy(I cannot draw decent males to save my own arse), but the pose doesn't look all that stiff and the expression works. o.o;;; My Muse must've really loved me right then. That, AND my printer didn't make it suck. That's like...whoa. Aaaaaanyway. This was done because my Muse was itchin' at me to draw something and I couldn't think of anything good, so I posted to my LJ and asked friends on AIM for suggestions. My friend - who goes by the name Aerilon online - gave me this one:

Male. Sandy brown hair, average height and build, mid-length hair...casual dress, whatever that means for you. Oval face, neither too rough and angular nor roundish.

So, out came this as I was talking to him. It didn't even give me TROUBLE. o.o;;; No redraw of face or arms, only one try for the hand. Then, when I show him, the conversation is as such:

Aerilon: that's.... scary.
Moi: ???
Aerilon: You drew me.
Moi: O.o
Aerilon: The hair's just a few inches too long, but apart from that... that's me.

So, yes, it is now titled "Aerilon" after him, since it kinda is him.

Drawn May 20th, 2006. Took me about three hours, but that includes talking a lot and the meticulous time I took to darken all the lines without screwing up. Regular mechanical number 2 pencil and computer paper.
